Pinned posts are your featured offers and must be kept current! These posts are your bread and butter, so your pinned posts should reflect any strategic changes here. For example, promotional offers, new products, or permanent price changes must be updated!
Stories are amazing for warming up an audience! New studies say it takes a customer seeing the same content twelve times before they buy – stories are a great way to keep your content seen and your audience warm to any offers you make!
While Stories help warm your existing audience, Reels can extend your reach and engagement! Your content can enter new spheres by using trending audio and consistent posting!
It goes without saying, sharing results or satisfaction with your current offers encourages future customers to buy! You can turn a Google review, a positive DM, a sales Email, or a financial report into a story, reel, or post (ideally all three)!
Your bio is how Instagram makes your profile search engine optimized (SEO), so when people look for solutions to their problems, Insta directs them to you! Keeping your bio optimized for your niche and genius zone gives your ideal audience the best chance to find you, but it should also include a strong call to action (CTA)!
Tell your customers who you are, what you do, and instructions on what they should do to solve their problems! Examples are, “Click the link to my website,” or “DM me for a free template!”
It’s not all about making content. We also have to activate the first half of SOCIAL-Media! When someone likes, comments, or engages with your content, consider it an invitation to follow up with a sale! It is important to stay organic with follow-ups, so start a conversation and see if a sale aligns!
