Let’s get one thing straight:
You are not here to play small.
You are not here to blend in.
And you are definitely not here to undercharge for your brilliance.
But if you’re like most women I coach, you’ve wrestled with this question:
“How the hell do I price my offer?”
And more specifically:
“Am I charging too much? Too little? What will people think?”
Sound familiar?
Let me take you behind the curtain and tell you what most people won’t:
You’re not supposed to price your offer based on how many modules it includes.
Or how many calls you provide.
Or how long you’ve been in business.
You’re supposed to price for the transformation you create.
Tangibles ≠ Value
I see this mistake constantly: women pricing their offers based on the tangibles — like PDFs, call length, or how many templates are inside.
But guess what?
No one is paying you for information.
They’re paying for the result.
The shift.
The before and after that happens when they step into your world.
Think about it:
- They’re paying for clarity that saves them months of frustration.
- Confidence that changes how they show up online.
- Strategy that helps them finally sign premium clients.
The ripple effect of your work is massive — and that’s what your pricing should reflect.
Stop Looking Around. Start Looking Inward.
Here’s another hard truth:
If you’re basing your prices on what someone else in your niche is charging, you’re already diluting your magic.
You don’t know their numbers.
You don’t know if they’re making actual sales.
You don’t know if they’re burnt out or secretly scaling back.
Comparison is a distraction from your power.
Instead, ask yourself:
- What kind of results am I delivering?
- What do my clients say about working with me?
- What is the depth of the space I’m holding?
Those answers? That’s your pricing compass.
Pricing That Feels Expansive — Not Suffocating
Now let’s talk about the energetic side of pricing — something most strategy bros never mention.
Here’s the truth:
Your pricing should feel good. Expansive. Empowered.
Not draining. Not resentful. Not like you’re over-delivering and underpaid.
When you set your price from a place of worthiness — not fear — everything changes.
You show up more boldly.
You attract the right clients.
You create a business that supports your life, not the other way around.
Before you hit publish on that sales page, ask yourself:
- Does this number excite me?
- Do I feel safe and grounded receiving this?
- Will I be able to show up fully at this price?
If it feels flat or heavy — adjust it.
If it feels like a stretch but also a YES in your body — that’s your number.
Let’s Wrap This Up
To sum it all up:
- Stop charging for the deliverables. Start charging for the transformation.
- Stop copying competitors. Price from your own depth and experience.
- Stop playing small. Price in a way that feels aligned and expansive.
Because the truth is:
You are the offer.
Your energy is the value.
Your work is the vehicle to someone’s next level.
It’s time your pricing reflected that.
