Today is my birthday, and I’m feeling all the feels—highs, lows, and everything in between. This past year has been wild: my most successful year in business yet, but also the year my personal life fell apart. So, let’s talk about the lessons I learned—around business, mindset, money, relationships, love, and rebuilding after hitting rock bottom.

Money Lessons

Money only amplifies what’s already there. It doesn’t fix everything. If you’re not doing the deep inner work, more money can mean more problems. And remember, making money is a marathon, not a sprint—there’s no quick fix.

Business Lessons

Get in the room you don’t feel ready for. Stop waiting for permission—you’re already enough. Build real relationships with your clients and community. You don’t need to be the best; you need to be YOU.

Raise your prices without hesitation. Price based on the problem you solve, not your worth. And don’t be the bottleneck—invest in yourself and in people who can help you grow. Success comes from taking risks and making moves, not from playing it safe.

Here’s to growth, resilience, and the unwavering belief that we can rise, no matter how hard we fall. Cheers to 35—we’ve got this.

Personal Lessons

Trust your gut. I ignored mine for too long, burying myself in work to avoid facing the truth. But your inner voice knows what’s right—listen to her, even if it’s uncomfortable.

Self-care has been my lifeline this year. Focusing on what I can control—my health, therapy, time with loved ones—has kept me grounded. Don’t let these things slip; they are essential for showing up as your best self.
