I am sitting down to record this freshly back from an incredible weekend in LA, feeling so refreshed and inspired after attending Lauren Little’s I AM WOMAN Workshop. I can’t wait to share with you all the insights and clarity I gained from this trip!

My Trip to LA and What It Meant to Me

This weekend in LA was nothing short of transformative. Lauren Little’s I AM WOMAN Workshop was a full day of deep inner work, including hypnobreathwork, meditation, journaling, a seminar on self-love, and a powerful money/wealth talk. The community of 30 like-minded women created an atmosphere of support and empowerment that was truly magical.

Supporting my Captivate Mastermind client, Lauren, alongside three other mastermind students who flew in, was a surreal experience. The fact that we have built such a strong, supportive network within my business is a testament to the power of community. It made me realize how essential it is to surround yourself with the right people, and how much this can impact your business and personal life.

What 4xed My Revenue This Year

You might be wondering what specific changes I made to achieve a fourfold increase in my revenue this year. Surprisingly, it wasn’t about funnels, paid ads, or any other conventional business tactics, although those have their place. The real game-changer was the people I chose to surround myself with.

When you are selective about who you allow into your space—whether it’s in business or personal life—you create an environment that fosters growth, positivity, and success. Being surrounded by supportive, inspiring individuals has transformed my mindset, boosted my capacity, and led to opportunities I never thought possible.

The Role Boundaries Are Playing in My Life and Business Right Now

Setting boundaries has been a crucial part of this transformation. It’s essential to create boundaries with people who drain your energy, make you feel small, or hinder your growth. This isn’t easy, especially when those people are close to you!

By decluttering negative relationships and focusing on those who uplift and empower me, I’ve created a space where I can thrive. This shift has not only improved my personal happiness but also significantly impacted my business performance.

What You Should Listen For When Evaluating Your Relationships

When evaluating your relationships, listen to how people talk to you and about you. Pay attention to whether they support your dreams and ambitions. Surround yourself with those who celebrate your successes and encourage your growth. This support network is invaluable for both your personal and professional life.

The Power of In-Person Connection

While I love running my business online, this weekend reminded me of the unparalleled power of in-person connections. Meeting people face-to-face, sharing hugs, and looking each other in the eye. 

Finding your tribe—people who align with your values, support your goals, and inspire you—is crucial. These relationships are more than just business connections; they become friendships, sisterhoods, and families that enrich your life and business.

The biggest takeaway from my LA trip and this past year is the undeniable power of community. Surrounding yourself with the right people, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering in-person connections can drastically improve your business and personal life. I encourage you to reflect on your relationships and make the necessary changes to create an environment where you can truly thrive.
